During this 4 week course, students will learn all of the basics of brewing delicious home-brewed beer. We’ll cover all aspects of brewing great quality beer at home including: ingredients, equipment, sanitation, bottling and kegging, how to determine ABV, extract brewing, all grain brewing, adjuncts and additives, and how to clone your favorite brew. Recipes will be included and we will be able to take home what we brew.
